| The best thing about Ilford is its diverse population. People are generally nice and shopping centres are great. you can imagine the potential this place has offer which is as yet untapped but as with everything the down side is the local council which has no appreciation of local community needs and changing demographic, staff are insular and their councillors are self centered. Soem remind me of Kumars of no 42!!! Equally comical but no funny if you had to endure what Bramley Cresc residents had to at their hands. |

| As others have mentioned, Ilford is a messy town. As a newcomer to the area, I feel the dustmen are excellent at taking my rubbish away but loal residents who throw their rubbish on the floor, have no respect or moral values for the area in which we live. I am one person who ensures no rubbish is left around ....why don't you do the same. The value others will show our area will be enhanced if you do the same...get a conscience! |

| Found this website by accident and have just spent the last 2 hours on it! Brilliant. I was born in Ilford in 1952 and lived with my Grandparents in Eton Road. I now live in East Essex. |
