I am trying to trace the owner of what was called "Law's Shoe Repairs" in Seven Kings - I think either in Seven Kings Road or High Road but can't be definite. Any knowledge or memories at all would be great |

| That's outrageous, Digger, four years is nothing in the life of a pair of shoes! I have been wearing the same pair for 15 years, and if they ever split I would go straight back to the shop with them. |

| I bought a pair of shoes about 4 and a quarter years ago and worn them to work every day since. Well last week i noticed a split in the sole so i returned them to get my money back . Do you know what !? they refused ! i couldnt believe it !! im writing to their head office and also my local MP. Customer service nowadays is atrocious.
Anyone else had this kind of shoddy service? |
