| I AM NOW 73, IWAS BORN IN MANOR PARK AND MOVED TO ILFORD AT THE AGE OF5 AND LIVED IN HENLEY ROAD ILFORD 20 YEARS
UNTIL I MARRIED AGED 25 I NOW LIVE IN HATFIELD HEATH HERTS BUT HAVE LIVED WITHIN 25 MILES OF ILFORD ALL MY LIFE , I HAVE SOME VERY FOND MEMORIES OF ILFORD, AND MOST OF MY FAMILY STILL LIVE IN THE AREA , I ALSO HAVE MANY MEMORIES OF THE WAR , BOMBING ETC IT WOULD BE NICE TO HEAR FROM OLD FRIENDS IN THE AREA ,OR WHO LIVED IN THE AREA AT THAT TIME ,IE 1936 ONWARDS TO 1956 WHICH IS THE TIME I LIVED WITH MY PARENTS IN HENLEY ROAD . |
