Can anyone help please?

I am looking for photographs, from Ilford High Road or railway of the building in connection with an article I am preparing for the Great Eastern Journal the in-house Journal of the Great Eastern Railway Society....any information about train movements to the Dairy, when it was opened, when closed or anything to do with its operation

You could try asking the curators of the local museum which is based in Rebridge Central Library in Ilford.

There is also an Ilford Historical Society who might be able to help.

A useless piece of info for you.In the 60's the milk machine outside the dairy was famous for being an easy target for a 'good shaking '.This went on for years with free milk tumbling out for anybody who felt thirsty.Obviously fixing it wasn't a priority for the Company.Just thought I'd mention it !
