Yeh, this is greedy Photobucket who now want to charge you for 3rd party links. I've voted with my wallet and now use one of the services below. Ktype might like to try re-posting his pics. Good to see you, Yanny. Although no longer in Ilford, I still glance in here from time to time but thought I was the only one! https://imgbb.com or www.tinypic.com

Just thought I'd take look at progress, although the closest I could get was last March. Not much happening on the Shannon site, by the looks of things but I've pulled this view back a bit to show what Creed's looks like now (it had been gone for a while when I took the previous pictures but forgot to include it) https://goo.gl/maps/b2CZGTVtjX12" alt="" border="0"> or https://goo.gl/maps/b2CZGTVtjX12 and here's the Joker: https://goo.gl/maps/QWfZHCkJma62" alt="" border="0"> or https://goo.gl/maps/QWfZHCkJma62 (For some unknown reason, the image links aren't working as they should do!) UPDATE: Since posting this I've discovered that the forum doesn't like the links because they don't look like images - ie: they don't end in .jpg

Time for an update, methinks. Actually, I was interested in something else nearby - see later - so thought I'd have a look at the Joker site as well. Here it is: https://goo.gl/maps/qfyriEr1C3yhqznX8 obviously nearing completion in April of this year and this is the view of the back, viewed from the High Road across the station: https://goo.gl/maps/J4jKJBZjAB6icwa76 It was the station itself that I was really interested in. When Crossrail was first announced there was going to be step free access at every station but this was soon backtracked. I could certainly see that Seven Kings wouldn't be easy. When Transport for London took over Crossrail, the step free access promise was reinstated. The last time I was in Seven Kings, work was well underway. The fence along the High Road had been removed, a barrier erected along the kerb and a temporary walkway coned off along the side of the road. Did this mean that the original entrance was going to be closed and a new one opened on to the High Road, I wondered? This crossed my mind again last night , so I thought I'd go and take a look. Well, the original entrance is still obviously in use and the area in front of it has had a makeover too: https://goo.gl/maps/oqa7SvHofvU5JhZW8 So what has happened round the sise? This: https://goo.gl/maps/pnG3UXyMoMEGNedJ8 and here it is from the Cameron Road side: https://goo.gl/maps/ta4eBKuh7noPi1on9 All quite different, eh?
