if that huge thing turns into a "slum", then no amount of money or effort will make Ilford t c decent again....

I can see a little way off in the distance from my attic and at night it looks nice as it has different patterned lighting going up and down it.  I use the Easygym in Pioneer Point and like that.  
 
The downstairs bit though, not sure what's going on with it.  I think it has a learning centre. As for the rest of the building, I think it's private flats.
 
The building though being the way it is, really creates the most horrendous wind tunnel though.  On a windy day, quite a struggle to walk past I would imagine, especially if you're elderly.
